• Shop Products (Personal Use Only): Items in the “Shop” are for individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial profit.
• Custom Designs (Commercial Use): Items from the “Create a Design” section include a commercial license. Ownership of the final custom design is transferred upon completion, but Phynx retains rights to the base templates.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your login security. Phynx is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your shared or weak passwords.

4. Intellectual Property

All products are the intellectual property of Phynx. Your purchase is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide templates “as is.” We do not guarantee employment or specific software compatibility.
